The purpose of the paper is to investigate influence economic factors on entrepreneurial engagements by university students in public universities Nairobi Metropolitan region. research design used descriptive survey design. specific location study was counties Nairobi, Kiambu and Kajiado target population comprised 1006 registered with campus incubation hubs. sample size 286 respondents. Open close-ended questionnaires were for data collection. Analysis involved use inferential statistical techniques. Descriptive statistics through mean, standard deviation, frequencies percentages. Inferential correlation regression conducted examine possible associations between attributes independent dependent variables. findings established that coefficient relationship engagement positive significant. Economic such as access credit, availability market information technology had best significance students. recommended there need aggressive campaigns media other platforms militate about importance ensuring among others are easily available engage activities.
